Welcome to our Transportation Program!
Senior Transportation
Our transportation services cater to seniors aged 60 and above residing in the Chugiak–Eagle River area, spanning from Hiland Road to Eklutna. We prioritize providing transportation to and from our congregate lunch at the Chugiak-Eagle River Senior Center for seniors, individuals living with seniors, or disabled adults living with seniors. Join us for our congregate lunch served Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Call us today to schedule your trip.
Donations for transportation are accepted but not required.
Transportation for all appointments:

- Round-trip or one-way to Anchorage
- Round-trip or one-way to Mat Su Valley
For shopping trips:

ADA Transportation
Our ADA transportation services cater to adults with physical, intellectual, cognitive, or sensory disabilities residing in the Chugiak-Eagle River area. For a $20 round-trip or $10 one way, ADA clients can access transportation to and from Anchorage or Mat-Su Valley. Booklets of 10 voucher coupons can be purchased for $100, payable by cash, check, or credit card at CERSC. Please click below for the ADA Eligibility Application.
Scheduling
Trips can be reserved from 24 hours up to 30 days in advance by calling CERSC Dispatch at 907-688-2626, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. While cancellations can be made at any time outside of these hours, trip scheduling cannot be done based on messages left. We make every effort to accommodate your requests, although exact travel times may vary. Don't forget to confirm your trip reservations in the morning if needed.
Monday transportation must be scheduled on the prior Friday before 4:30 pm.
Cancellations
Please call or leave a message at 907-688-2626 at least 2 hours before your scheduled trip time to cancel or if you won’t be ready. Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may result in service suspension.
Same Day Changes
While trips are best scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, we understand emergencies happen. We'll work to accommodate same-day changes when possible, ensuring the safety of our riders and minimizing disruptions.
Travel Tips
Book trips 48 hours in advance.

Set reminders for your scheduled trips.
Be ready 15 minutes before pick-up time.
Share any concerns with CERSC management.
Inclement Weather
In case of hazardous weather conditions, service may be suspended or modified for safety. We'll do our best to keep you informed, but please stay tuned to local media for updates.
